Division Order/Owner Relations Tech

Job Description:
  • The primary focus of the Division Order/Owner Relations Technician is to assist the Division Order team with the process of Sending Division Orders, Sending Well Exhibits, Preparing Mail-outs, Receiving Documents, Scanning images, and Logging Cases.
  • The Division Order/Owner Relations Technician will also be responsible for answering calls from Owners, answering Email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Performing initial reviews on transfers, providing comments and feedback to Analyst before transfers or deck changes are processed.
  • Additional duties may include creating physical Files and Digital Files for clients, understanding conveyance documents.
  • This Role could flex between supporting Lease Records, Division Orders, and other Administrative duties depending on need.
  • Works closely with multiple levels of leadership and ensure administrative needs are being met.
  • This is a highly visible role with large importance on metrics and quality.
  • Special Projects as required.

SQL Database Administrator/Developer

LIS is expanding its Data Team! We’re looking for a highly motivated person who thrives with the speed and demand of a fast-paced, growing company. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years’ experience using Microsoft SQL Server, preferably with an organization in the Oil and Gas industry. At minimum the candidate must meet the fundamental requirements listed and be advanced in some of the skills and languages referenced.

Job Description:
  • Proficient in MS SQL Database platform and SQL.
  • Ability to lead projects and develop solutions that meet business goals.
  • Function as a Database Administrator.
  • Develop stored procedures, functions, and other user-defined objects.
  • Optimize SQL queries.
  • Design data models.
  • Escalated support of production environment.
  • Participate in design and code reviews of solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot database performance problems.
  • Create and modify reports using MS SQL Reporting Services.
  • Create and modify integrations using MS SQL Integration Services.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience Required

Requires bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related curriculum. Must possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Additional skills, talents and languages:

  • 3-5 years’ experience using Microsoft SQL Server, preferably with an organization in the Oil and Gas industry
